Shipping Policy

At Maude.L Inc., we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Here is the important information regarding our shipping times and methods.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days following your order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Quebec and Ontario: 2 to 5 business days

  • Rest of Canada: 5 to 10 business days

  • United States: 7 to 14 business days

Note: These timeframes are approximate and may vary depending on the carrier, weather conditions, or peak periods (holidays, special sales).

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of the order and the destination.

  • Orders of $150 and over (Canada): Free shipping

  • Orders under $150 (Canada): Fees calculated based on weight and destination

  • United States: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

Applicable taxes (GST and QST) are added to shipping fees, in accordance with Quebec and Canadian tax laws.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Destinations

We currently ship everywhere in Canada and the United States. For any international shipping requests, please contact us at info@maudel.ca before placing your order.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please carefully check your shipping address before confirming your order. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will be charged.

Missing or Damaged Items

If an item is missing or damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 48 hours at info@maudel.ca with your order number and photos of the package. We will resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Maude.L Inc. cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs, or events beyond our control. However, if your order does not arrive within 30 days of the expected date, you may request a cancellation and a full refund, in accordance with the Quebec Consumer Protection Act.

In-Salon Pickup

You have the option to pick up your order directly at the salon, free of shipping charges. Select the "In-Salon Pickup" option at checkout. A confirmation email will be sent to you when your order is ready for pickup.
